1. Characteristics
1.1 For short surgical procedures.
1.2 100% cotton, pre-washed.
1.3 Size: 43.18 cm x 66.04 cm.
1.4 Sterile and non-sterile;
1.5 Single use.
2. Desctiption
2.1 Surgical Towel, sterile or non-sterile, made of “Absorbent cotton gauze” acc. EN14079, 100% Cotton, packed in PE bag or blister pack.
2.2 Available in Green, Blue or White gauze
2.3 The swab can be presented with or without X-Ray detectable thread or x-ray chip.
3. Biocompatibility
3.1 Kingphar medical products comply with the requirements of the standard for biocompatibility of medical devices.

4. Sterilization
4.1 Ethylene Oxide Sterilization following EN ISO11135-1. ETO residues are within applicable regulations of ISO10993-7 Biological evaluation of medical devices. Part Seven Ethylene oxide sterilization residuals. The device can also be sterilized by Steam and Gamma.
5. Classification
Refer to Classification rule 6 of Medical Device regulation (MDR 2017/745), sterile lap sponge for single use is classified as Class I, Is, IIa medical device.
6. Intended use
Disposable products used in medical cares and in surgery for wound treatment and absorption, suitable for sterilization.
7. Instruction for Use
The device can be used at hospital, clinics for surgery use;
7.1 This product is a disposable product, can not be reused;
7.2 If the packaging is damaged or the product is moldy or expired before use, it is strictly prohibited to use;
7.3. Sterile products can be directly used, non-sterile products can be used after sterilization according to the need;
7.4. After the product is used, it should be treated as medical waste;
7.5. For allergic people, please use with caution;
7.6. The product is disposable product, destroy after using, reuse and other usage is banned, disposed according to the medical waste management regulations.
8. Contraindication and attention
8.1. Use prohibited in case of damaged packaging or expiry.
8.2. This product is sterilized and can be for directly use. The sterilization can be considered depending usage purpose for the other products.
8.3. Disposable products and for single use only.
8.4. Check the package is not opened ,sealing integrity before use.
8.5. To be disposed according to hospital or healthy administration’s requirement.
9. Special storage and operating conditions
The product shall be protected from moisture during transportation, It should be sealed and packed, and stored in a ventilated, dry and non-corrosive gas environment. Keep away from ignition sources and inflammable materials.

1 Character
Medical degreased cotton should be a soft and elastic white fiber, free from stains, stains, and foreign objects, odorless and tasteless.
2 whiteness
The whiteness of medical degreased cotton should not be less than 80 degrees.
3 Soluble substances in water
The residual residue in the test solution at a height of 100 meters should be less than 5%
4 pH
Adding phenolphthalein indicator to 100 mL of the test solution should not show pink color, and adding cresol violet indicator should not show yellow color.
Medical non-woven fabric
1. Lightweight: Using polypropylene resin as the main production raw material, with a specific gravity of only 0.9, only cotton
Three fifths of the finished non-woven fabric has fluffiness and a good hand feel.
2. Soft: Made of fine fibers (2-3D), it is formed by light spot hot melt bonding. The finished product has moderate softness and a comfortable feeling.
3. Water absorption and breathability: Polypropylene chips do not absorb water, have zero moisture content, and the finished product has good water absorption performance. It is composed of 100% fibers with porosity and good breathability, making it easy to keep the fabric surface dry and easy to wash.
4. Non toxic and non irritating: The product is produced using FDA compliant food grade raw materials, free of other chemical components, stable in performance, non-toxic, odorless, and non irritating to the skin.
5. Antibacterial and anti chemical agents: Polypropylene is a chemically inert substance that does not cause insect infestation and can isolate bacteria and insects present in the liquid; Antibacterial, alkaline corrosion, and the strength of the finished product is not affected by erosion.
